I wasn't sure about this product as some of the reviews for the NFL toasters were less than favorable.

My boyfriend opened this up on Christmas morning and it was put to use about an hour later. He absolutely loves it. The toaster works perfectly.

The *only* area that's scorched is the part that says NYR and it's supposed to be! The other side of the toast does *not* get burned. I know this was a concern with the other toasters, so I just want to make that clear.

He's really thrilled with his toaster, and I'm happy that he's happy. While it's not the prettiest thing to have in our kitchen, it could be worse. :-)
