As good as a toaster can get

I guess even toasters are going high-tech. This is a toaster and it toasats bread just as a $15 toaster would toast bread. However, there are additional features. I guess the question is whether those features are worth the price difference.

The build quality of the toaster is solid. Unlike other toasters I have owned, this toaster is wide and squared. The materials used are without a doubt top quality. The toaaster simply does not feel flimsy in any way. Though it is not heavy, it does have a solid feel to it and seems heavier than other less expensive toasters. It is worth noting the toaster has a respectable 1400 watts of power.

Frigidaire made great effort to go as high-tech as practical with the controls on the toaster. On the front, you will find push button controls and a backlit LCD panel that will display preferences and settings. While I found the toast slots wider than my previous toaster, I did not find them to be any longer, despite what the marketing material says. I simply think they made an error in marketing. The lift levers seem more solid than other toasters I have used and the countdown timer works flawlessly.

I suspect the main issue for many will be whether the features of the toaster warrant a price difference of around $50-$60. My old toaster performs the same functions, just without as much flair. However, this taoster does look much better on the counter.

Great Toaster, Really Great

This is the kind of toaster you'd find in a restaurant kitchen. Not only does it make perfect toast, four slices at a time, but it's gorgeous too. The controls are such that anybody can work it, which is as a toaster should be. However, this toaster is expensive. Maybe too expensive for a toaster, but I can't help it. I love this toaster.

Looks Great and Works Perfect

If you have a nice kitchen you can't buy a $20 toaster. It will look cheap and out of place. Little extra money on this toaster is well worth the cost. Timer on it is perfect. Many toaster that cost $150-$300 don't even have it. I didn't want to spend $200 for toaster; they all pretty much do the same job. After hours of looking at thousands of toasters this was the biggest bang for the buck. It looks great on my counter and just using it over a crappy $20 toaster in the morning makes the kitchen experience more substantial or gourmet feel. If you have a nice kitchen this is the best deal and best looking toaster on the market.
