No Stick Verticlal Roasting Rack

Love this verticle rack. Durable. Easy clean up. Small enough to do a single cornish game hen. just rub with evoo, salt & pepper. Throw a cut lemon into the roasting pan with 1/2 cup of water. Place the whole thing into a preheated 400 degree oven for 55min. Boom! Done. Crispy crispy skin and thouroughly cooked chicken. Yum.
